The service

PlanOptica is a research tool that organises and presents the public Form 5500 filings published by the U.S. Department of Labor. The underlying filings are public domain; the product, indexes, peer benchmarks, and the site itself are ours.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account.
• Don't share a single seat across multiple people - if you need more, add a team member.
• Don't scrape, mass-export, or attempt to harvest the product. The data is public; the curated dataset is not.

Not advice

PlanOptica is research, not legal, tax, accounting, fiduciary, or investment advice. Always verify against the underlying filing before relying on a number in a client-facing context.

Service as-is

We work hard to keep the data accurate and the service up. We can't promise either is perfect. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
