PlanOptica checks the DOL Form 5500 bulk files nightly and rebuilds a clean
searchable warehouse whenever DOL republishes them (roughly monthly), normalizing
sponsor and provider names. Every field on a plan page links back to its source
filing. Anonymous search is free with no signup.
